3000r/min ~ 8000r/min, and storage battery has been charged fully, the terminal of altering load is 25w or no load, storage battery voltage: 14.5v±0.5v, charge current to storage battery: 0 ~0.2A

Remarks:
The shell of rectification stabilizer is earth electrode, must be available touching the earth.
